To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, you must:
Complete a mandatory 1:1 call with Dime to preview your credit scores.
Attend at least 80% of all challenge classes.
Attempt at least 2 full sweeps on each credit bureau (TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian) within the 30-day challenge.
Attempt the TransUnion sweep strategy during the challenge.
If 2 out of 3 bureaus OR 60% of your derogatory accounts are not removed by Day 30 — and all steps above are completed — you will qualify for a full refund.
