R. Daniel Pollom, M.D.
Dr. Pollom is an internist in a private practice that specializes in the care of patients with diabetes. In addition, he serves as the Medical Director for Diabetes Services for the Community Health Network Diabetes Care Center and The Indiana Heart Hospital.
Dr. Pollom received his medical degree from Indiana University. He completed his internal medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana and is board certified in internal medicine. He is a physician leader and clinical advisor in tight glycemic control of hyperglycemia in the hospital setting. For the last 10 years, he has limited his outpatient office practice to the care of adolescent and adult patients with diabetes, providing both primary and specialty care.
Dr. Pollom has had Type1 diabetes since the age of 12 and has worn an insulin pump for more than 25 years. He is a national speaker on cardiovascular disease and diabetes, insulin pump and sensor technology, intensive insulin management, and glucose management in hospitalized patients.
Fred W. Frick, M.D., FACP
Dr. Frick is a native of Indiana, born in Lafayette. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, completed his internship at the University of Louisville, Kentucky, and went on to Methodist Hospital of Indiana for his residency.
He has been married for almost thirty years with three grown children, two daughters and one son. When not caring for patients, Dr. Frick enjoys golf and reading.
Rosalind D. Leaming, M.D.
Dr. Leaming is a native of Wisconsin, but has lived in Indianapolis for many years. She received her medical degree from Indiana University, completed her internal medicine training at St. Vincent in Indianapolis, and did her endocrinology fellowship at Indiana University. She is board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology but confines her practice to diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association, American Thyroid Association and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.
Dr. Leaming is married to Dr. Eric Leaming, who is in private orthopedic practice. They have three grown children. Dr. Leaming enjoys running, skiing, biking, hiking, reading and cooking.
Bradley S. Guill, M.D.
Dr. Guill attended Medical school at Indiana University. He completed his internship and residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
Zoltan Csuka, M.D.
Dr. Csuka was born and attended medical school in Budapest, Hungary. He came to the United States in 1997. Dr. Csuka completed his internship and residency in internal medicine in 2000 at State University of New York in Buffalo.
Since 2000, Dr. Csuka has been working and serving patients in Indiana. He specializes in the care and treatment of geriatrics, diabetes, high blood pressure and all chronic diseases.
R. Clark Perry, D.O.
Dr. Clark Perry was born and raised in Van Wert, Ohio. He received his bachelor of science degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and his medical degree from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio.
After completing his internal medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, he made his way to Indiana for a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at Indiana University. Dr. Perry has been working and serving patients in Muncie, Indiana since 1999.
Dr. Perry specializes in all aspects of adult endocrinology and has particular interest in thyroid disease, including thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer. He enjoys running and spending time with his two teenage children.
Kathryn E. McLaughlin, PA-C (“Katie”) is an Indianapolis native. Katie graduated from Cathedral High School with honors in 2000, and was a varsity three-sport athlete. In 2005, Katie received her bachelor of science degree in nutrition science with minors in both chemistry and biology from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. In August 2007, Katie completed her masters of science in physician assistant studies focusing on internal medicine at the University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
While attending Indiana University, Katie worked as a teaching assistant in the physiology and emergency medical technician labs. In 2005 she was certified by the state of Indiana as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Katie has participated in many fundraising and volunteer activities, and enjoys running, biking, hiking, swimming and movies.
Katie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Indiana Academy of Physician Assistants. She is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and is also certified by the state of Indiana as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).
